If you were waiting for the first look at James Gunn’s Suicide Squad, look no further. While it’s not a trailer or anything like that, it’s the first time we get to see all the Squad together. You’ll get a look at the entire cast on the cover of Empire Magazine‘s December issue. We saw a bunch about the Suicide Squad during the DC Fandome panel earlier this year. But this is the first time we’ve seen the entire cast together, in costume.
The Empire Magazine story on Suicide Squad is a world first, with images, stories, and an interview with James Gunn about the film. The film promises to be a love letter to the war-gonzo films of the 1970’s. It’s set to release sometime next year, and I cannot wait for it to come out.
You can read the Empire Magazine story when it releases on Thursday, October 29th. (Weird to have a December issue release in October).
