If she doesn’t scare you, no evil thing will… Ready to see the new Cruella De Vil?
Today, Disney released a poster for the upcoming live-action film Cruella. The 101 Dalmatians prequel/Cruella origin story stars Emma Stone as the title character. Check out the poster below:
The poster is black and white (of course) and very high fashion-esque – which fits in with what we already know about Cruella. (Her fashion design background, I mean. Not the uh. Puppy killing.)
The “a” in “Emma” has been replaced with the anarchist symbol. Combining that with the black-and-white-with-red-lettering, this poster is giving me Hot Topic vibes. I feel like that’s probably not exactly the kind of edgy Disney was going for, but here we are.
Disney tweeted the poster today in anticipation of a bigger reveal. Yup, check back to THS tomorrow to see the trailer for Cruella. The film itself premieres in May.
