Ghost might be working on their upcoming tour of the US and other various clergy items, but they’ve taken some time out of their busy schedule to release a new EP. ‘Phantomime’ features five cover tracks that show off how Ghost can turn anything into a hit. They also have the “Escape From The Ministry” virtual escape room available for fans to check out.

PHANTOMIME was conceived to follow last year’s international chart-topping opus IMPERA. A revelatory sampling of the GRAMMY winners’ musical DNA, PHANTOMIME is comprised of covers of classics and deep cuts by Television, Genesis, The Stranglers, Iron Maiden and Tina Turner. PHANTOMIME pays tribute in equal measure to every one of these diverse influences, while stamping them all with Ghost’s undeniable sonic signature.

‘Phantomime’ Tracklist

  1. “See No Evil” (Television)
  2. “Jesus He Knows Me” (Genesis)
  3. “Hanging Around” (The Stranglers)
  4. “Phantom of the Opera” (Iron Maiden)
  5. “We Don’t Need Another Hero (Thunderdome)” (Tina Turner)

Ghost is hitting the road for a massive 2023 world tour starting on May 21st in Rouen, France. They’ll hit four continents, Europe, North America, South America, and Australia. They’re also headlining or high-billed at plenty of festivals this summer including Primavera Sound 2023 and Sweden Rock Festival 2023.
